Available Fellowships

The Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is seeking qualified candidates to fill one Adult Reconstruction Joints Fellowship for 2019-2020 academic year beginning August 1st, 2019.  The fellowship is a 12-month unique training experience in the operative and clinical management of adult reconstruction. The fellow will participate in a high volume total joint practice including both primary and revisions with the latest technologies in TJA, including direct anterior total hip arthroplasty.  The fellow will work with four fulltime orthopaedic faculty as well as orthopaedic residents and staff as an integral part of the orthopaedic service.Interested applicants in good academic standing are welcome to send in their applications including: personal statements, USMLE/COMLEX scores, CV, letters of recommendations to Debra Moore fellowship program coordinator @ D.Moore@dmc.org, and Dr. Hussein Darwiche Chief of Adult Reconstruction Service @ HDarwich@dmc.org.
